Biography
"Judge" Sullivan is a former New York State Supreme Court Justice who is a member of our Litigation Practice Group. Judge Sullivan represents corporate clients and insurance carriers in civil litigation involving claims of negligence, insurance and personal injury cases. He also serves as a mediator/arbitrator in selected matters.
During his career as an attorney, Judge Sullivan has held numerous positions in government, including Attorney, New York State Rent Commission; Secretary, Department of Buildings, New York City; Assemblyman, New York State Legislature; Judge, New York City Civil Court; Justice, New York State Supreme Court; and Associate Justice, Appellate Term, First Department, New York State Supreme Court. He also has been an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Law at Westchester Community College, and Faculty Advisor, University of Nevada, National Judicial College.

Memberships
Judge Sullivan is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the Bronx County Bar Association. He was the President of the Guild of Catholic Lawyers, New York, New York, from 1989 to 1994.
