Biography

Mr. Murphy is a member of our Litigation Practice Group. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Murphy worked on complex litigations at several large Manhattan firms, and privately litigating various civil matters from eminent domain to adverse possession.

Mr. Murphy has a broad litigation background with extensive pretrial and appellate experience. His trial background has included both civil and criminal litigation, including legal malpractice, family court and real property matters. Mr. Murphy has also had extensive experience in construction management, representing owners, contractors and site management, on both public and private projects.
