Biography
Mr. Incorvaia is the co-head of the Firm's Interest Recovery Practice Group and a member of our Tax Practice Group. Prior to joining
the Firm, Mr. Incorvaia was a Partner in Decision Modeling Inc.
where he lead the firm’s practice development for consulting
and licensing of complex corporate tax software for the Internal
Revenue Service, Fortune 500 companies and “Big Four”
accounting firms. His more than 30 years of experience has also
included his tenure as Assistant General Tax Counsel for ChevronTexaco
Corporation, Associate General Tax Counsel for Texaco Inc., Fiscal
Director, Global Businesses, for Texaco Inc., and Associate with
the firms of Mudge Rose Guthrie & Alexander and Redmond &
Pollio.
Mr. Incorvaia represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service
and various state tax authorities. He advises clients in the areas
of corporate, partnership and individual business tax planning and
resolution of controversies involving the calculation of interest
on Federal tax obligations.
Mr. Incorvaia has been a guest speaker and panelist for the American
Petroleum Institute Tax Section, the American Bar Association and
the Tax Executives Institute.
