Ms. Pantaleo<\/a> is the head of the Elder Law practice group at Bleakley Platt and a member of the Trusts and Estates Practice Group. She handles a broad range of matters with an emphasis on Elder Law, special needs planning, guardianship proceedings and drafting and administration of special needs trusts.<\/p>\nA former Chair of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the New York State Bar Association, Ms. Pantaleo is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
