Yonkers Raceway Corporation<\/a><span>, Index No.: 304947\/09.\u00a0 Plaintiff alleged that as a result of falling while exiting a Yonkers Raceway shuttle bus due to an alleged protrusion across the edge of the bus doorway she sustained debilitating injuries.\u00a0 The Court dismissed the claim as plaintiff failed to introduce evidence of any defect.\u00a0 Bleakley Platt &amp; Schmidt, LLP partner Vincent W.
