Incorvaia and John J. Murphy have recently joined our Firm in the respective positions of Counsel and Associate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Joe Incorvaia has more than 30 years\u2019 experience in advising clients in the areas of corporate, partnership and individual business tax planning and resolution of controversies involving the calculation of interest on Federal tax obligations. He has been a guest speaker and panelist for the American Petroleum Institute Tax Section, the American Bar Association and the Tax Executives Institute. Joe received his L.L.M. degree in Taxation from the New York University School of Law and his J.D. degree from St. John\u2019s Law School. He currently resides in Riverside, Connecticut.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>John Murphy has a broad litigation background with extensive pretrial and appellate experience. His trial background has included both civil and criminal litigation, including legal malpractice, family court and real property matters. Prior to joining the Firm, John worked on complex litigations at several large Manhattan firms, and privately litigating various civil matters from eminent domain to adverse possession.
